When a seller authorizes it, the listing enters the MLS in PREP status with IDX off. It is in the MLS and Clear Cooperation compliant, but it does not appear on Zillow, Realtor.com, or other portals during the PREP window.
Members receive listing details directly. Address, price, photos, showing instructions, and the PREP window timeline. You see it before the internet does.
When you have a listing entering PREP, you submit it to the list within 24 hours of MLS entry. Everyone contributes. Everyone benefits.
What you should know
Every listing is inside MLS Now. PREP is a governed MLS status. Every listing here is compliant, documented, and visible to all MLS subscribers.
Clear Cooperation is satisfied. Entry in PREP fulfills the obligation. IDX distribution is a documented seller choice.
DOM does not accrue during PREP. The listing enters Active status with a clean days-on-market record.
Membership is by invitation or request. Every application is reviewed to confirm the applicant is a broker.
